The cornerstone of our business is to provide home technology, products, and systems that work as expected. To deliver on that promise, we require all our home technology customers to choose one of three support levels. We offer two subscription-based support plans, as well as an option to pay for support a-la-cart at our hourly rate and only during regular business hours.

If you chose to opt-out please be aware that we can not provide next-day service and we can only be contacted for service issues during regular business hours. If your issue is not covered under an equipment warranty or requires advanced troubleshooting, it will be billed at an hourly service rate of $250/hr.
